Working at MATCH...

is fun, challenging, and rewarding.  Staff who work with our youth participants go through a 30 hour training designed by our on-site behaviorists with our clients, programming, and staff in mind. Training is engaging, colorful, and informed by decades of lived professional experience. Visit our Programs page for more information about working with our youth clients.

Staff who work with our young adults do not currently undergo the same 30 hour training but have access to our behaviorists for mentoring and programming needs and receive standardized coaching to prepare them for working with our adult clients. Our young adult staff lead day and/or evening programming centered around clients' interests and have considerable creative control over planning activities.

Wellbeing and Compensation

Burnout rates in this field are notoriously high, which is why employee well-being is a critical priority at MATCH. Part of ensuring employee well-being is by compensating direct service well. Our current rates of pay range from $20-$25, but we hope to raise that ceiling in the coming months as our behavioral support service programming grows.
